CONTENT SHARING Do you have educational content you would like to share with others, but perhaps have limited time and access to technology? Then allow us to help enable your high-interest educational content on-line with a free website, community forum, related photos and videos, we also promote the site along with live on-line streaming events to interact with your community, educators, and students.
TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING Have a need? Have an educational dilemma you feel might be served by technology? Our suite of consulting services includes needs assessment and documentation, cost/benefits analysis, technical requirements development, and product/service recommendation.
NEEDS ASSESSMENT We can help you identify your need, assess your educational situation, and recommend technology that meets your objectives! TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION We can help you develop a technical specification detailing requirements to meet your goals and objectives, including those that may be dersirable, butvnot critical in meeting your key educational objectives. Our approach as educational technologists can prove invaluable in justifying your need and in ensuring a successful implementation. COST/BENEFIT JUSTIFICATION Where funding for your technology is sourced, some amount of cost/benefit justification reporting can help in getting funded. Using us to help document this and reference outside reports regarding measured results can be critical in your funding effort.
FUNDING Our process is to help prepare you to make the case for funding, then seek internal and external means of funding. When found, we can help you with grant application and continued support.
IMPLEMENTATION Once funded, you'll need to choose a vendor. This process can involve RFIs, RFPs, or a simple grant award to the vendor for technology in education. Whatever the case, we can continue to help guide you through the process, even to overseeing implementation of the technology by the vendor of choice. In vendor selection, we will only advise about the technology and how it meets your identified needs. Actual vendor selection will be your choice and should follow accepted rules and guidelines when conducting that business.
TRAINING AND SUPPORT We want to ensure your technology works for you. In addition to vendor services, we can help ensure that training and support of technology is adequately working for you. We do this via constant dialog between you and the vendors to identify needs and overcome any usage challenges arising after implementation.
DOCUMENTING RESULTS We encourage you to document your results from using technology that you sought funding for. This success-story information can help you justify further technology investments in the future. We can help here too.
